Tahoma National Cemetery18600 Southeast 240th St. Websites: Directions The Tahoma National Cemetery is located located approximately five miles east from the home of The Breathless Moon's Webmaster. Located on the rolling foothills of Western Washington, the Tahoma National Cemetery is situated on 160 acres of immaculately manicured grounds among lush evergreen trees and commands a splendid view of the majestic Mt. Rainier. To Get There: From downtown Kent, Washington, drive east (up the hill) on James Street. At the top of the hill, James becomes SE 240th Street. Continue eastward (several miles) to the Tahoma High School at the intersection of SE 240th Street and 180th Ave SE. The entrance of the cemetery is located just past the High School (on the left).
